Janet Dyer Fulcher, 84, of Mechanicsville, Maryland, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2026, with her loving nephew, Gary Edelen, by her side.
Born on October 1, 1941, Janet was the daughter of the late John and Edna Dyer. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Percy Fulcher, who passed away in 2021.
Janet dedicated her career to public service as a secretary for the United States Government. She will be remembered for her quiet strength, dedication, and devotion to her family.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Friday, May 1, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Brinsfield Funeral Home, 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, Maryland 20622. Interment will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery, 11301 Crain Highway, Cheltenham, Maryland 20623.
