A victim on Catterton Court in Owings reported to DFC Carl Fischer that unknown suspect(s) stole his vehicle between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. on September 9.
The victim advised that the culprit(s) entered two other unlocked vehicles that were in the driveway and stole a wallet and identification cards. They then entered the third unlocked vehicle, which had the keys on the driver seat, and drove off with the car. The car was later found abandoned in Sunderland.
