Mechanicsville, MD – Santa Claus is way too busy this time of year to work on his golf game—sources at the North Pole report he has rather high handicap—but the timing was perfect for his visit Sunday, Dec. 14 to Wicomico Shores Golf Course in Mechanicsville.
The Bay Net spies trailing Claus reported he rode up in style—not in a sled but a golf cart. Awaiting him were what sources stated was a record number of children.
In addition to Wicomico Shores General Manager and Golf Pro Patty Meyers, St. Mary’s County Department of Recreation and Parks Director Brian Loewe was at the event with his family.
Wicomico Shores is an 18-hole golf course owned and operated by St. Mary’s County Government.
