On the morning of June 27, Dep. John Harms conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Sandy Wash Circle in Lusby.
The driver, later identified as Reginald Frank Johnson, 26 of Lusby, was found to be in possession of two baggies of suspected marijuana.
Johnson was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
