St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Deputy Cole responded to the San Souci Plaza in California on February 14 for an assault in progress.
The investigation revealed suspect Ronnie nmn Glenn, 50, of Saint Leonard, Maryland, grabbed the victim by the throat and then dragged the victim from the passenger seat of the vehicle during an argument.
Glenn was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with 2nd Degree Assault.
