On May 23, Deputy Ellis responded to a residence on Ricky’s Place in Lexington Park, for a report of a disturbance.
Deputies had responded three times earlier in the day to the same location for Anthony Ray Bryant, Jr., 24 of Lexington Park, acting in a disorderly manner. Upon arrival, Deputy Ellis met with the victim who reported Bryant repeatedly made verbal threats to set fire to her residence and burn it down. Deputies attempted to interview Bryant. Bryant was aggressive and extremely confrontational with the deputies.
Bryant was arrested and charged with making threats of arson.
