At 4:13 p.m., on Nov. 19, while at the Van Go parking lot in Waldorf, Troy Derrell Washington, 37, of Prince Frederick, assaulted a woman by biting her in the face. The woman is 38 years old, and also of Prince Frederick.
Troy Washington was arrested and charged with second degree assault. He was incarcerated in the Charles County Detention Center pending a bond review.
