“My client has three children, he accepts responsibility for what he has done,” said Michele Harris who was Proctor’s lawyer.

Harris went on to say, “He wants to better himself, he will sign up for any class.”ย

During the sentencing Proctor looked at his family for support, shortly after that, Judge Abrams asked if there was anythingย Proctor would like to say in front of the court.ย
