On July 13, 2010 John James Viland, 30 of Lexington Park, was served with a Protective Order ordering him not to threaten or harass the petitioner of the order.
The Protective Order remains effective until April of 2011. On August 11, 2010 Viland violated the conditions of the order by harassing and threatening the petitioner.
Viland was arrested and charged with violating the conditions of the Protective Order.
