ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Maryland Municipal League (MML), which represents 161 Maryland local governments, has elected its 2025-2026 Board of Directors, with Mayor Todd Nock of Pocomoke City as President. The induction was part of the 2025 MML Summer Conference held at the Ocean City Convention Center, with 1,500 attendees from 121 Maryland cities having access to 75+ workshops and nearly 300 community stakeholders in the nationally awarded exhibit hall.
“This year, the Maryland Municipal League will be in your communities with you,” said President Nock. “I’ve said it before—I don’t just want to come when you polish statues and cut ribbons. I want to be there when you’re hosting community events, when you’re connecting with residents, and when you’re doing the hard work that truly matters.”
“I look forward to another successful year under President Todd Nock’s leadership. His thoughtful approach and commitment to Maryland’s municipalities will serve us well,” said MML CEO Theresa Kuhns. “I’m confident we’ll make meaningful progress together on the issues that matter most to our communities.”
