BRYANTOWN, Md. — A 71-year-old man was transported to the hospital following a motorcycle crash Wednesday afternoon in Bryantown.

The crash was reported around 1:04 p.m. on April 8, 2026, in the area of Trotter Road and Leonardtown Road.

Initial reports indicated a motorcycle collision involving a single rider. Emergency crews arrived to find the operator conscious and alert, suffering from back pain.

The patient was evaluated on scene before being transported to UM Charles Regional Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Fire and EMS units responded and remained on scene for a short time while assisting the patient and clearing the incident.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
