ANNAPOLIS, Md. – On Nov. 15 an adult female victim reported that on Nov. 12 she was driving on Hilltop Lane when a male subject driving a blue four door sedan yelled out to her that her vehicle’s trunk was open.
She stopped and closed the trunk and then continued driving on Hilltop Lane and pulled into a parking lot. The same male driving the blue vehicle turned into the parking lot and called out to her, asking if everything was ok. When she walked over to him he exposed his genitals to her and then drove away.
