OWINGS, Md. — One person was trapped and found unresponsive with no pulse in a serious auto accident Sunday evening at West Mt. Harmony Road and Hall Court in Owings. Multiple Calvert County emergency units responded to the crash around 6:11 p.m. on September 14, 2025.
