On April 20, at 3:33 p.m., Emory Hughley, III, 56 of District Heights, was arrested by TFC J. Fleetwood for possession of CDS – not marijuana.
Hughley was operating a silver Nissan Murano on Point Lookout Road in Loveville when he was stopped for exceeding the posted speed limit. A routine MVA check revealed Hughley’s driving privileges are suspended and he was placed under arrest. A search incident to his arrest revealed Hughley was in possession of a prescription medication, Suboxone without a prescription or not prescribed to him.
Hughley was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner
