Really excited for more housing to be available! I love the area!
Iโd love affordable office storefront space but these huge spaces where someone like me might put something creative like a
dance studio, yoga studio, wholistic healing center, no can do bc rents are $2k + per month and rentals are owned by companies from New Jersey. Whatโs up w that? Moved here two years ago, still canโt afford rent 3x higher than the City (an actual city) where I moved fromโฆ. Hmmmm. Something wrong w this picture.
I moved away from Calvert county to campbellsville Kentucky, it was the best thing I ever did, I made $70,000 a year there and couldnโt afford anything
I make the same amount of money here and bought a 1600 square foot house on 1.8 acres for $175,000, Iโll never go back there, I still keep tabs on the site though to see what happens there
