The St. Mary’s County dispatcher put out a call for a “female found hanging in a closet” in a residence on Ace Lane in Lord Calvert Trailer Park in Lexington Park at 8:50 p.m.
Radio chatter indicated that someone may have cut the woman down before police arrived, and that rescue workers attempted for 10 to 15 minutes to revive her. However, when asked if the call was a “priority 4” – meaning that that the subject was deceased – the rescue team confirmed that it was. It was later reported that the residence was on Sherier Way and not Ace Lane.
The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office declined to release the woman’s identity.
