During the overnight hours of July 28, eight residents on Simpson Farm, Owings, were the victims of vandalism.
The culprits had spraypainted mailboxes, a garage, and a driveway.
Investigation led to the arrest of a 14-year-old male, of Owings, and a 16-year-old male, of Stanley, VA. They were both charged with nine counts of malicious destruction of property.
After processing, they were released to a parent.
