Deputy Milton Pesante conducted a vehicle stop on Piney Point Road, in Piney Point, for a traffic violation.
He made contact with the operator of the vehicle and detected an odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the inside of the vehicle. Several baggies of marijuana and a smoking device were recovered.
Michael Scott Wilhelm (Age 19 of Leonardtown) and Suspect Matthew Scott Mora (Age 19 of California, Md) were arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana and the related Paraphernalia.
