Jason Anthony Hoover (Age 23 of Charlotte Hall), John Robert Garner (Age 30 of Bedford, Va.) and Jesse Patrick Goble (Age 22 of Mechanicsville) were identified as major distributors of prescription medication throughout St. Mary’s County. The three suspects, along with others were responsible for thousands of “Oxycodone” being falsely obtained and distributed. There are other suspects still at large. Suspect Hoover, Garner and Goble were arrested on open indictments for the drug violations and were originally held without bond.
