On Wednesday, June 6 at 3:08 p.m., Trooper White responded to a reported assault on Route 235 in Mechanicsville.
Contact was made with the victims, a 15-year-old male and a 19-year-old male who were treated at the scene and later transported to St. Mary’s Hospital.
Contact was made with several witnesses on the scene. There was a 15-year-old male and a 15-year-old female who knew the suspects, but refused to provide any information at the time. They were both arrested for hindering an investigation and transported to the Leonardtown Barrack for processing.
They were processed and later released to their parents pending further action by Juvenile Services.
