On Thursday, April 16, 2015 at about 7:20 a.m. units responded to an accident on Bright Lane and Route 4 North.
Two were transported to Calvert Memorial Hospital.
All traffic lanes were open by 7:55 am, but it will take some time for traffic to thin out.
