At 2:41 am on Jan. 29, Charles County Sheriffโs officers responded to Wawa located at
4120 Crain Highwayin White Plains for the report of an armed robbery.
Investigation revealed two suspects entered the business, approached the manager in the office, brandished a handgun and demanded money. The manager complied and the suspects stole an undisclosed amount of money and cartons of Newport cigarettes and fled the scene.
Both suspects were described as black males. The first suspect is 5 feet 9 inches tall with a thin build, has a mustache, shoulder length braids and was wearing black coveralls with a hood. The second suspect is 6 feet tall with a medium build and is dark-complexioned. He was wearing dark pants, a black hooded sweatshirt and a black puffy jacket.
