On December 20, 2011, deputies responded to a residence on Hancock Road, Lexington Park, Maryland, for an assault report. Investigation revealed Andrew Antoine Ausby, 23, of Lexington Park, Maryland, and the victim were involved in a verbal argument which escalated into a physical assault when Ausby grabbed, pushed and slapped the victim. Deputy Beyer arrested Ausby and charged him with Second Degree Assault.
