At 3:45 p.m. April 24, TFC A. Malaspina arrested Auntonio Rondale Banks, 19, of Leonardtown, on an Indictment for Robbery and 1st Degree Assault.

At 5 p.m. April 26, Tpr. G. White served Kenneth Joseph Aicher Jr., 42, of Hollywood, with a summons to appear in court to answer to a charge of Assault.  This charge resulted from an altercation on March 31.

At 5:23 p.m. April 27, TFC L. Nims served Mona Shawtae Bannister, 19, of Lexington Park, with a summons to appear in court to answer to a charge of Assault.  This charge resulted from an altercation on March 30.

At 10:10 a.m. April 20, TFC T. Quade arrested Patrick A. Gayle Jr., 18, of California, on a Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in Court to answer to a charge of prostitution.

Gayle was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held until posting a $3,500 bail.

At 2:06 p.m. April 20, TFC S. Van Bennekum served Molly Mary Lorraine Hewitt, 27, of Leonardtown, with a Carroll County District Court Summons to appear in court to answer to Theft and Bad Check charges.

At 1:04 a.m. April 21, Tpr. T. Long arrested Shawn Christopher Henderson, 25, of Ridge, on a Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in Court to answer to a driving while suspended charge. He was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held until posting a $3,500 bail.

At 3:15 a.m. April 21, TFC A. Rossignol arrested Grant Andrew McClure Jr., 28, on a Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in Court to answer to a DUI charge.  He was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held on no bond.

On April 21, TFC J. Linger served Kristopher William Cusick, 24, at the Detention Center, with a True Bill Indictment for Escape and Violation of a Work Release Agreement. Cusick is being held on no bond.

At 5:20 p.m. April 21, TFC P. Trossbach arrested James L. Scriber, 39, of Lexington Park on a Bench Warrant for Failing to pay a Deferred Payment of $500.  He was held at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center until posting a $500 bail.

At 5:55 p.m. April 21, TFC P. Trossbach arrested John Frederick Miller III, 41, of Lexington Park, on a Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in Court to answer to a driving while suspended charge.  He was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held on no bond.

At 10:28 a.m. April 22, TFC R. Rezza served William E. Barnes Jr., 19, of Leonardtown, with a Show Cause Order to appear in court to answer to a Violation of Probation Charge.

At 12:40 a.m. April 22, TFC M. Moore arrested Jeremiah Jermaine Cooper, 34, of Lexington Park, on a Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in Court to answer to a charge of driving while suspended. Cooper was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held until posting a $3,500 bail.

At 11:09 p.m. April 22, TFC P. Trossbach served Keith L. Mackall, 43, of Lexington Park, with a Show Cause Order to appear in court to answer to a Violation of Probation charge.
