On July 27 at 2:35 a.m., Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to a residence in the 2300 block of Hope Circle in Waldorf for the report of two suspects removing the tires from a vehicle.
Officers arrived at the scene within minutes but the suspects had already fled. The officers’ investigation revealed the suspects removed the wheels, placed bricks under the vehicle, loaded the wheels into a small, dark passenger car and then fled the scene. The victim’s wheels were described as having stock chrome rims and did not have wheel locks.
The suspects were described only as black males.
