On April 11, Dep. Michael Boyer responded to the Food Lion Store in California, for report of a theft.
Deputy Boyer learned Dorthea R. Thurmon, 31 of Lexington Park, was observed by store staff concealing merchandise in a bag. Thurmon was confronted and several items belonging to the business were recovered having a value of less than $100.
Thurmon was charged on a criminal citation for theft under $100.
