Women Heard Screaming: Victim Found with Multiple Abrasions

On January 22, Deputy M. Licausi responded to a residence on Laurel Glenn Road in California, for a report of a domestic assault in progress. 

Upon arrival Deputy Licausi hear several subjects screaming from inside the apartment.  Deputy Licausi entered the apartment he observed one individual, later identified as the victim with numerous scratches and abrasions on her face and neck. 

Further investigation revealed Tina Marie Felitsky, 37 of California, was in a verbal dispute with the victim which escalated into a physical assault when Felitsky struck and bit the victim. 

Felitsky was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
