On October 13th, Life Member Paul Colonna attended the first annual SMVFA Antique Fire Apparatus Muster with his retired and personally owned Engine 22.
Engine 22 is a 1976 Oren with a 1250 GPM pump, 600 Gallon Water Tank. This unit carried a full complement of Hydraulic rescue tools and served as the departments primary rescue piece until 1999. It was moved to Station 22 in 2001 where it served as a Rescue Engine 222 until it was retired in June 2009.
Paul and his Engine were able to receive a judges award. Unfortunately Retired Engine 21 did not make the trip due to the threat of rain.
