The Calvert County Board of County Commissioners announced that county offices will be closed on Monday, Jan. 18 in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. County offices will reopen Tuesday, Jan. 19 for regular hours.
There will be no county transportation services on Monday, Jan. 18. Regular service will resume on Tuesday, Jan. 19. County senior centers and libraries will also be closed on Monday, Jan. 18.
The Appeal Landfill and all compactor sites will be open for regular business hours on Jan. 18. Meals on Wheels will be delivering meals on Monday.
