Warrant Served
At 10:05 a.m. Nov. 24, TFC J. Vanhoy of the Leonardtown barrack served Iran Jirmil Simmons, 31, of Lexington Park with a summons to appear in court to answer charges of assault 2nd degree and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The charges resulted from an incident which occurred on November 3, 2005.
Out-Of-State Thief Spotted
At 12:45 p.m. Nov. 24, TFC R. Rezza of the Leonardtown barrack attempted to locate a gold Ford Taurus wanted for failing to pay for gas in Lancaster PA. The vehicle was located and all pertinent information was obtained and forwarded to PA State Police.
