Leonardtown, MD – Locals braved the August heat while browsing through an array of artists, makers and crafters selling wonderful handcrafted items and local homegrown products. The Coastal Arts Market, which is held on the third Saturday of every month from April to October, was held at the Leonardtown Wharf this weekend to showcase goods handcrafted by people in Southern Maryland and surrounding areas.
The next Coastal Arts Market, hopefully with cooler weather, will take place Saturday, September 21st from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This months vendors included: Eventide Jewelry, Saxton Essentials, Ev’s Glass Creations LLC, Cyn Sational Art, Canine Capes & Cuddles, Quinns Recycled Products, Weekend Woodshop, UnforGoatable Goods, Living Out Loud Wood Crafts, Bovine Leather, Jayne Designs, Sandy Simply Sews, Janets Homemade Goodies, Occasionally Round Pottery and Seedco.
