LEONARDTOWN, Md. – On February 1, 2019, Dep. Shelko responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center located in Leonardtown, for the reported indecent exposure.
The victim advised fellow inmate Devin Eric Webb, age 31 of Leonardtown, has been repeatedly and intentionally exposing himself to the victim. Webb was charged with Indecent Exposure. CASE# 6655-19
