Dep. M. Trigg conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Md. Rt. 4 just north of Church Street in Prince Frederick on August 18 at 9:36 a.m.
He found the driver of the vehicle, Quinn Augustus Freeland, 35, of Prince Frederick, to be in possession of suspected drugs.
Freeland was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia; a baggie.
