On September 9, 2015, Deputy Foor responded to the 46000 block of Lucca Way, for a reported assault.
The victim alleged, Charles E. Danford, age 41, of Lexington Park, pushed and strangled the victim during a verbal dispute. Danford was placed under arrest at which time he became aggressive and damaged the patrol car.
He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with 2nd Degree Assault and Destruction of Property.
