Drug Arrest – On Sunday, January 18, 2015 at 8:17 pm, Senior Tpr. E. Evans initiated a traffic stop on a black truck on Three Notch Road and Macarthur Blvd for a minor traffic infraction.  The driver, Steven R. Lee, 22, of California, informed Senior Tpr. Evans that he had CDS in the vehicle.  Mr. Lee was subsequently arrested and charged with Possession of CDS: Oxycodone and Possession of Paraphernalia.  He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
