Scott Allan Flamino

Scott Allan Flamino, 59, of Mechanicsville, MD, passed away on February 15, 2024. Scott was born on June 3, 1964, to Paul and Virginia Flamino in Baltimore, MD.

After graduating from Old Mill High School in 1982, Scott began work right out of high school. He worked for the University of Maryland, also did Cooperative Extension Service, and was an Agriculture Specialist. He was currently employed with Mulford Construction. Scott was a hard worker.

In 1987, he met his future wife Tina. They fell in love and celebrated 28 years of marriage. They were blessed with one son, Lucas Flamino of Mechanicsville, MD.

Scott had a heart of gold and was always ready to assist anyone in need. He was always there to lend a hand, offer a listening ear, or share a good laugh with those around him. He was a big guy with an even bigger heart. He was an excellent storyteller and was even able to come up with his own versions of things that had happened. He was a great adventurer who loved to go hunting and fishing. His passion for cooking was evident in his title as the “king of the grill.” He loved to whip up anything that could be grilled.

Above all, Scott’s greatest roles were those of a loving father and devoted husband. He was also a great brother and uncle. He cherished his family above all else, creating lasting memories and building strong bonds. His presence brought warmth and joy to all who knew him, leaving a legacy of kindness and love that would never be forgotten.

Scott was predeceased by his parents Paul and Virginia Flamino. He is survived by his beloved wife Tina, son Lucas, and brothers Paul Flamino of New Castle, PA, Eric Flamino (Joan) of Annapolis, MD, and sister Stephanie Pippen (Jason) of Millersville, MD. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews Maxwell, Mimi, Aiden, Alex, Skylar, as well as many cousins, aunts, and uncles. Scott also had a special group of loyal friends that he had known all of his life. He will be dearly missed.

Per Scottโ€™s wishes, he will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
