Assault- On July 31, 2020, Cpl. Snyder responded to the 21600 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Gerald Issiah Wade, age 19 of no fixed address, used a folding knife to stab the victim on the victim’s left arm. Assault/Violate Protective Order- On July 31, 2020, Dep. Wihelmi responded to the 45000 block of Knott’s Drive in Callaway for the reported assault. Investigation determined Twain Balfonite Harrod Sr., age 63 of Callaway, pushed the victim and threatened the victim with a screwdriver. There is a valid court order preventing Harrod from contacting the victim. Harrod was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Violate Protective Order. CASE# 47176-20

Assault/Violation of Protective Order- On August 2, 2020, Dep. Fretwell responded to the 23500 block of Mt. Chance Court in Clements, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Alicia Michelle Disse, age 31 of Virginia, assaulted the victim by striking the victim with chair, causing visible injury. The assault was in violation of a valid court order preventing Disse from assaulting the victim. Disse was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Violate Protective Order. CASE# 47661-20

Violate Protective Order- On August 3, 2020, Dep. Bowling responded to the 23100 block of Leonard Hall Drive in Leonardtown, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Keith Tyrone Briscoe, age 51 of Lexington Park, contacted the victim in violation of a valid court order stating Briscoe can not contact the victim by any means. Indecent Exposure- On August 3, 2020, Dep. Luffey responded to the 22100 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported trespassing. Contact was made with Rome Paris Cunningham, age 31 of Lexington Park. While Dep. Luffey was completing the no trespass order, Cunningham began urinating in front of the business and customers. When Cunningham was advised he was under arrest, he bladed his body, and refused to be handcuffed. Cunningham continually resisted and pulled away from Dep. Luffey. Cunningham was ultimately taken into custody and charged with Indecent Exposure, Disorderly Conduct, Trespass: Private Property and Resisting Arrest. CASE# 47952-20

Assault- On August 4, 2020, Dep. Palmer responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center located in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Donte James Jeter-Prince, age 22 of Callaway, and George Dale Scruggs, age 28 of Lusby, entered into a mutual assault in the day room. Motor Vehicle/Unlawful Taking- On August 5, 2020, Cpl. Maloy responded to the 46500 block of Expedition Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported stolen vehicle. Investigation determined Destiny Marie Ayres, age 18 of no fixed address, took the victim’s keys and vehicle without permission. On August 6, 2020, Cpl. Beishline located the stolen vehicle, and Ayres hiding nearby. Ayres was arrested and charged with Motor Vehicle/Unlawful Taking. CASE# 48359-20

Assault- On August 9, 2020, Dep. Webb responded to the 29800 block of Cheryl Court in Mechanicsville, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Nicholas Christopher Bologna, age 35 of Mechanicsville, grabbed the victim’s hair and shoulder during an argument, causing visible injury to the victim. Disorderly/Hindering- On August 9, 2020, Cpl. J. Graves responded to the 22100 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Contact was made with Jennifer Annette Moore, age 40 of Lexington Park. Moore continued to yell obscenities at an individual who had been arrested, and refused to cease causing a disturbance. Deputies on scene had to stop their investigation repeatedly to deal with Moore’s actions. Moore was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing and Hindering. CASE# 49035-20

Assault– On August 9, 2020, Dep. Wilhelmi responded to the 22100 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Upon arrival contact was made with Jakiya Annette Bowman, age 20 of Lexington Park. Bowman was combative and continued to yell obscenities and was placed under arrest. While Bowman’s handcuffs were being adjusted, she kicked Dep. Wilhelmi in the leg. Bowman was charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Disorderly Conduct. CASE# 49036-20

Escape- On August 9, 2020, Dep. Luffey responded to the 46300 block of Columbus Drive in Lexington Park, for the report of a pretrial individual removing their tracking device. Contact was made with Daitoine Vincent Payne, age 19 of Lexington Park. Payne was on pretrial release for an assault charge. It was determined Payne had removed his pretrial GPS monitoring device.
