NRP initiated a traffic stop after observing the two allegedly illuminating a deer with the headlights of their vehicle along Cornfield Harbor Road. During the course of the stop, NRP located and seized as evidence one 12-guage shotgun, one .22 caliber rifle and numerous rounds of ammunition.
The youth was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services and released to his parents. A court date of Feb. 13, 2009 has been scheduled for Clark in St. Maryโs County District Court.
