On July 22, 2015, suspect Abdull Kareem Muhammad AKA Donald Taylor, age 34, of no fixed address, failed to register as a homeless sex offender as required by Maryland statute.
Muhammad, who is a tier III lifetime registered sex offender, had received written notification to register on 7-22-15 and was subsequently advised he was not in compliance by Corporal Raddatz of the Criminal Investigations Division Sex Offender Compliance Unit.
Corporal Raddatz obtained a warrant charging Muhammad with Failure to Register. On July 27, 2015, Muhammad was located, placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where the warrant was served.
