On Sept. 22, at 1:20 am, in the area of Solomons Island Road and Ball Road, St. Leonard, Trooper First Class Murphy stopped a vehicle for traffic violations. As the vehicle came to a stop, TFC Murphy observed a plastic bag fall out of the driver’s side window. The bag was found to contain Marijuana.
Three juvenile occupants were arrested for possession of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
One 16-year-old juvenile was from Landover, the other two juveniles, one 16-year-old and a 17-year-old were both from Bowie.
All three were transported to the Prince Frederick Barrack for processing and later released to their parents.
