Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley has ordered the United States Flag and Maryland State Flag flown at half staff on Monday, December 7, 2009, from sunrise to sunset.
This action is in honor of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, in memory of the brave Americans who sacrificed their lives for the cause of freedom and security of our Nation.
