St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Patrol Reports – July 10
– Lisa Annette Proctor, 18 of Lexington Park, was arrested for Assault Second Degree when she punched the victim, her boyfriend, in the head with a closed fist. Deputy David Yingling observed outward signs of injury that was the result of a domestic dispute turned physical.
– Richard Samual Harrison, 30 of Mechanicsville, was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy James Stone for “Threat of Arson”. The alleged threat to burn down a residence came during a dispute over the suspect’s dog barking, police report.
– St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Office Deputies were conducting pro-active enforcement efforts in the South Hampton Community when they encountered a vehicle that contained three (3) occupants.
Deputy Shawn Moses detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the breath of the juvenile male and requested he exit the vehicle. He was charged for underage consumption as well as with the six individual baggies of marijuana that were recovered from his person. Deputy Scott Ruest and Deputy Robert Russell assisted in the investigation.
– Deputy David Cowan served a Criminal Summons on Laurie Ann Morse, 37 of Lexington Park, for Driving While Impaired. The charges were originated in the Calvert County District Court.
– James Henry Elam III, 25 of Lexington Park, was charged on a Criminal Summons with several traffic violations to include Reckless Driving and Driving While Suspended. The charges were served by Deputy Marci Faulkner.
– Glenn Elliott Thompson, 50 of Loveville, was arrested by Deputy Sarah Lacey for Failure to Pay Deferred Fine.
– Harry James Neighbors, 35 of Capitol Heights, was arrested on an open warrant for Violation of Probation by Deputy Kevin Meyer.
– Aaron Michael Hawkins, 26 of Mechanicsville, was arrested by Deputy James Stone for Failure to Appear.
– Earl Thomas Anderson, 18 of California, was arrested for Failure to Appear by Deputy Shawn Moses.
