On April 15, at 8:35 a.m., Montez Wayne Chase, 18 of Lexington Park, was served a Circuit Court True Bill Indictment at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center by TFC L. Nims where he was already incarcerated on unrelated charges.
The original charges on the True Bill Indictment are for theft over $500. He is being held pending his court appearance.
