ST. MARY’S COUNTY, Md. – The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Louis Eugene Messineo Jr., a 30-year-old white male.
He was last seen on November 12th in Washington, D.C., wearing all black clothing.
